Registration Q and A



How can I register efficiently?


The speed pass is an excellent tool for any youth group or individual to use. A youth pastor can send their campers names and information into YFN early, and when they arrive to camp we will have their camper badges pre-made. All that is required is the name of the individual and what they are coming as. Ex: camper, leader, pastor. Please see the registration packet for more details.


Please know your boy/girl ratio upon your arrival to camp. This is a crucial number for our housing department.

Who needs shot records?


Remember that each individual camper (18 and under) needs to send in or bring their immunization records. Campers will not be able to stay on campus if they do not.



Who needs release forms?


EVERYONE attending YFN will be required to turn in a signed release form, and if they do not they will be forced to go home.



Do we have to pay in advance to register?


In order to save a spot in a specific week of YFN, every individual will need to send in a NON –REFUNDABLE $50 registration fee, which will be applied to their final balance.



Can I receive a refund?


ALL deposits are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred from one camper to another.



What is the cost of YFN?


Check the registration packet for the cost of camp. Watch the registration deadlines, as prices are subject to change as YFN nears.



How do I know I am registered correctly?


a. For groups- you must submit the church registration form, terms of agreement, and pay the $50 registration fee for each individual attending. Remaining paperwork is due upon arrival to camp. (Individual registration forms, release of liability, etc)


b. For individuals- you must submit the individual registration form, terms of agreement, and pay the $50 registration fee. Remaining paperwork is due upon arrival to camp. (Release of liability, etc.)



When is my final payment due?


Your balance must be paid in full on the Monday you arrive at YFN.
