Youth For the Nations: YFN Leadership

Jaycee Jennings
Director of YFN

Jaycee Jennings is the youth director of Christ for the Nations. He presently oversees the Youth for the Nations camp and the School of Youth Ministry which trains students how to become youth pastors. Jaycee has recently launched an online networking site call "youthevangelist.org" which connects ministries with youth evangelists. He has previously been involved in youth ministry for over 17 years as a youth evangelist, creative arts specialist and a youth pastor.

He has a beautiful wife named Anna and two handsome sons, Zachariah and Micah. Jaycee and his family are passionate and committed to reaching this generation with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mike Bond- Assistant Director

At the age of 17 Mike Bond responded to the call of God on his life to go into full time ministry. Shortly thereafter Mike attended Christ For The Nations Institute where his heart for young people grew as a result of an ongoing journey of five years being apart of Youth For The Nations.

Mike currently serves as the Assistant Director of YFN for his second year which has enabled him to speak to thousands of teenagers and college-aged students across the country at various YFN Weekend events, youth groups and YFN summer camp. His heart to see this generation on fire and in passionate pursuit of God plus an extra dose of humor equips him to be a powerful speaker whose words pierce the heart of teenagers and brings about holiness.

Natalie Doland- Administrative Assistant

Natalie works as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of YFN, which simply means she keeps everything together and running smoothly. Natalie is a youth pastor's wife and this is her second year on staff with Youth For The Nations.

Matthew Cook- Creative Arts Director

Matt works as the Creative Arts Director for YFN and oversees all aspects of multimedia throughout the year and also maintains the YFN website. He is currently a student at Christ For The Nations in the 3rd year School of Youth Ministry. He grew up in Colorado and desires to impact this youth and young adult generation.

Beth Smith- Guest Minister Coordinator

Beth works as the Guest Minister Coordinator of YFN, tending to the needs of all YFN Guest Ministers. She also serves as the School of Youth Ministry Administrative Assistant for Christ For The Nations, where she is pursuing her ministry calling. Beth is a recent graduate of the School of Youth Ministry program.

Jolyn Sanchez- Merchandise Coordinator

Jolyn serves as the Merchandise Coordinator for YFN. She oversees the design and production of all YFN merchandise. This will be her fourth year serving with YFN.

Aaron McMenomey- Nations Director

Aaron serves as Nations Director of YFN where he oversees the Nation Leaders and their assistants. Aaron is from Dallas, Texas and is currently on his fourth year serving with YFN. Aaron's heart is to see this generation impact the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
